Under Investigation Scammed by Erik Machado he didn't pay the $650

why didn't you just use middleman services? also if you keep blah blah blah here on playerup smallworlds mods will see and never unhold that account. anyway it ur loss

 

Excuse me Jimmy but I do not need to answer to you. But because you are so eager to get involve.... the bottom line here is that he scammed me and his account as you can see it's not on hold. The picture that he provided was older the date we had the deal. And he never pay. So if you will defend someone please do some homework and educate yourself about it and then emit an opinion.
And I take this "smallworlds mods will see and never unhold that account. anyway it ur loss" as a threat.

Account has gone from hold to ban because she put a picture of the ingame transaction on here. Impossible for items to be returned now.

 

Please the lies need to stop already... its just not working at all. You need to pay for what you took. And stop with this stories. @Admin this is just lies. He is a scammer and he does not want to pay the $650. How this dispute will continue from now. He just said he won't pay or return the items to me.

For the record @Erik Machado if you did in fact receive a "Ban" on your account with the items, Vikky would also receive a ban on not only her trade account but her main account too, as the system used for external trading involves Smallworlds moderators tracing the items to any accounts they may of been recently associated with and subsequently banning or putting them on hold. Now although posting the names wasn't the smartest idea if @Vikky did not in fact receive a ban on any of her accounts, then you are just trying to lie your way out of this situation as she still broke a rule and would receive the same punishment from Smallworlds.

If Vikky did receive a ban or a hold then maybe your story may hold up but i am currently not buying it, being that you have presented so many lies already.

Any updates on this from PlayerUp as scammers are plaguing the smallworlds section need to start making examples of those people who scam in this section and remove them from the site.

I am not getting any help and Erik is not getting any consequence for scamming me. He refuses to pay me the $650 and I am just getting so annoied because no one is doing anything about it! It feels like playerup do not care about the honest people in here and protect the scammers. I'm sorry for my words but I am very frustrated.

 

Im positive that the account she traded off of is banned since the account i transferred items to got hold and banned.

 

@Erik Machado, My account is perfect, with no issues how so ever! and I do have authentic proves to show for it. Not like you. My account is fine and you need to pay for what you stole from me.

 

@Admin I am waiting for some solution. I can see that Playerup claims to have legal support. Can this apply to the dispute? I believe that when someones take something and fail to pay $650 its call stealing and playerup have his information since he has the verified seal. And if Player up counts with legal partnerships, this scammer could get in real issues if he does not pay. Right?

Eric, I am not sure what you are asking for, but I am guessing that you just want me to show that my account is in perfect conditions and that you are just continuously laying. Well, if that's what you are asking then here attached you, @Admin, @PlayerUp and everyone else can see that my account is fine like I already said. On the bottom right you can see the date to add extra validity to my prove. Now, where is my money?

 

I have MORE evidence that @Erik Machado account in Smallworld is active and he is using it. So he should pay!! @Admin, @Middleman, @PlayerUp Is any of you going to take any action? I need some help from other users or the ones managing this site!
