I have a champions online account with a level 40 (Max level) Electricity build character. It is built mainly for soloing, but still has his free respec. Which means you can respec him into any power you want. The game also has a built in tailor which lets you change the way you look for a small gold fee, so you can change the way the character looks. The account comes with around 230 gold, has around 75% of the perk points(including some legendary perks), has 4 pets, including some beta only ones. He also has maxed mysticism craft skill with around 20 gold of resources. He also includes around 30k in acclaim from the pvp arena. On the account i also have a level 18 power armor build character with the free respec also still available. The account hass 400 C.P which is used to buy stuff in the item store.
