For this method you will need a serial number/invoice of the graphics card. I recommend using a best buy invoice, or amazon. You will also need a VCC with at least 1$ on it. Also the purchase date of the graphics card should be within 30 days, or do not bother trying to SE it, it is much more difficult, and the chances of success are low. Steps 1.Get your information ready, have a serial number already registered on the EVGA WEBSITE, and have the invoice in a .pdf file. 2.Call EVGA phone number 1 (888) 880-3842, blah blah blah press 0 and speak with a representative, make up an excuse saying your graphic card fan no longer spin, the temperatures are reaching 80 c just doing simple task, and they will give you a list of instructions to follow, and afterwards just say it still does not spin. At this point the representative will think the item is a DOA, and offer to open a RMA, this is not what we want. You want to sound desperate, i used the excuse that, "I am a website editor and because this graphics card no longer works I cant work, and I have a strict time line that I have to make for my clients." 3. At this point the representative may or may not transfer you to a higher up support agent either way this will work. They will then offer you a advanced RMA but you will have to send in a copy of your invoice, and a 1$ hold on your VCC, or gift card. 4.This is perfect after you have submitted all the information your done.
