    @Admin please look into this. He is not refunding my 20 dollars. And he isnt even giving a replacement base

    @Admin im opening this thread again. Look into it. Untill i have a base loaded onto my phone im continuing this thread. @Gaseppe you were right when you said he was a scammer.
    @trueun i hope you see this. I did my best to get an account but you didnt give me. Im going to send screenshots of how you scam me in every thread you reply in.

    @trueun either return my 20 dollars or give me another base. I will keep on tagging you as a scammer untill you give me a refund or a base. Going to make sure that you dont scam other people too. @Admin if he doesnt respond im going to post his paypal adress and kik and playerup profile in every possible social site informing others he is a scammer. The only way to avoid that is to give me a refund of 20 or atleast 15 or a new base asap @trueun

    I even told him to atleast give me a th8 max base although i paid for a th 9 max one. I dont think he will give me one. I will keep this thread posted. If anything new crops up i will drop a message.

    New update. @trueun contacted me via kik and promised me a refund of 12 dollars. He said he will send it via paypal but it is 8 dollars less cause i paid 20. I will drop another message here when i recieve the refund from him.

    Ok so the seller gave me a replacement base of a rushed th10. For now that base is secure and im using it. @trueun was very responsible and told me that he will to recover the original base that he sold to me if possible.

    What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds. In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible. Contact PayPal as well and ask them what you need to do to win a dispute. Keep in constant communication with paypal. If you sent the payment by family and friends then unfortunately those funds are lost as you cannot dispute those payments and we strongly advise against sending friends and family payments in the future even if the seller requires it you can easily say no. For more information, please contact PayPal.

    Can PlayerUp provide compensation for this dispute?

    Since this is a non middleman transaction and PlayerUp wasn't directly involved with safeguarding your payment and guaranteeing your transaction we will unfortunately not be able to provide any compensation for you on this transaction as you dealt directly with the individual for which you're submitting a complaint against in this ticket.     How can I protect myself in the future?
    We strongly advise that you don't conduct business offsite. This is the #1 way scammers attract buyers and sellers is they lure them offsite and then bait them into anything because they have no consequences for their actions. If you did business on site, then disregard this message as the majority of scams are done offsite.

    Ok so he gave me a shitty replacement base and totally disappeared from kik. But that base is linked to an ios and another person keeps on using it doing wall upgrades and stupid attacks. I had to remove that base from my clan too. @trueun is now not on kik so i am unable to contact him anymore and im left with a useless base that is occationally being used by an iphone user. So in the end i didnt get a refund and instead got a useless base.
