How to fix a locked SWTOR Account Yesterday my SWTOR account was locked because i entered the wrong security answer too many times So it said I had to call them, called them twice and they had an issue with their data base so I had to wait 3rd call, the person was able to give me my security answer but told me to unlock my account I had to wait an hour. So I did that. 1 Hour later it was still locked, so I called a 2nd time, the guy told me to wait 2 hours and to not attempt to log in during that 2 hour as it would reset the time it need to be unlocked. I waited 4 hours and it was still locked, so I called a 5th time but it was 11pm so after 25mins of wait I hang up and decided maybe I could fix it myself. There was no where in their FAQ where it helped with this issue beside "call us". The solution was as simple as resetting your password by clicking the "forgot password link" doing so I was able to change my password and it also unlocked my account without having to call them ,and they clearly told me twice they could not unlock it themself ,that I had to wait but waiting clearly did not work. Of course you will need to know your security question's answer but doing so give you another shot and not lock you at the login screen. Hope this save you some time next time your account is locked and it says you have to call them.
