Provide All Chat Logs, Screenshots and Additional Information Below Buyer first opened order and i didnt have product as i was out of stock i told him to cancel order. he then threatened to leave bad review unnecessarily , so somehow i arranged account for him from a friend and then he still refused account and said i would take refund arrogantly. now after 2 weeks since site hasn’t processed his refund he messages and says give me account as if it is super convenient for him. Also he makes racist remark and says i can’t understand english. Like seriously? then he threatens again to leave a bad review and actually left for no reason. i am selling since a 1.5years + and have done over 200+ middleman orders. Never have had such a arrogant, rude and a racist customer check his account is also marked for high risk for suspicious activity by site.
look yourself below how rudely did the buyer talk as ih i being a seller is his slave. he can wish refund whenerever and then ask for product anytime, so convinient for him. REMOVE MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ASAP PLEASE. @Hulk @Ryan @Admin @Support

I want to start by saying the product was not "out of stock" he called me an love you on telegram because I purchased through PlayerUp and not him directly. After this rude interaction I knew I didn't want to do business with him so I kindly asked to cancel, he then messaged me again on Telegram begging me to take the product and not cancel the order. I told him I'd rather just cancel so then he said some rude remarks and then deleted the Telegram chat. We then mutually agreed on a refund. I waited a couple of weeks until today and still did not get a refund so I thought it would be easier just to take the product, which I asked. He then said that this isn't how it works. You can see on the screenshots, I won't explain everything. I obviously knew that the seller could not 100% understand what I was saying so I made the comment that his first lanugage isn't English. This was not racist in any way, shape, or form. I was simply making an obersvation. He just continuously makes remarks about me, so I left a bad review. After leaving a bad review he threatened to make the refund process as long as possible, at which point I said I will contact my bank for a refund because it isn't fair that he can make me wait even longer for no reason when he hasn't given me the product. He then offered to give me the product after I told him I would contact my bank, I said no because again, I don't want to deal with someone so rude. It is convenient he deleted the Telegram chat of him saying "the product is out of stock" when in reality he called me an love you for not reading the description and buying from him directly instead of PlayerUp.

First we never agreed on refund. I offered him account after we disagreed first and threatened and harassed to leave a negative review. We then still was arrogant and said i will take refund, dont want account. now he today messages me out of a sudden and not ask politely but demanding account as if i work for him just because i am selling online and he paid at site. He first was arrogant to not accept order and when hr didn’t get fast refund from site now conveniently started arrogantly demanding for account to which you can see his statements : capitalism works like this and that, i paid you have to deliver and that kind of talks. And he is saying above he was nice. Thats so wrong. I never said any rude remarks to him, and i deleted chat for only reason to not add an conversation to my list of buyers cuz dont want a guy who hasn’t bought or is arrogant to reject account even though i offered. Now coming to today, i told him i dont work on your convenience so you take refund only now from site. I was good enough for him to cancel order from my end so refund is processes faster and he gets it fast. To which he which he said i guess you dont understand english and all which is racist as saw my profile and country i am based from. Now though offering him faster refund he said no need i will leave bad review and all and he left one. After him doing this, will anyone help him get refund faster or raise issue with site and try to get to solution of it? he then leaves a negative review for him being condescending and demanding for account even though he arrogantly refused account the first time I offered and said would take refund now. i still offered him to remove feedback and take account but he is arrogant and doesn’t accept that offer also. now i dont see any issue how i was wrong . Anyone reading can see for themselves . This buyer is also madked as high risk So please take appropriate action and remove the review @Ryan @Hulk @Admin @Support
Please advise if Telegram chat logs are sufficient evidence. I exported the chat logs when he was rude to me but I can see why logs may not be sufficient as they are easily edited. I did also take a screenshot which I will look for in my browser history, will upload here when/if found
I didnt leave out anything, i showed how you behaved mate already even though i processed refund for you faster and still you were full of yourself and left a neg. After you left a neg, i then changed order status to need assistance so middleman can help solve the issue. And yeah you can threaten to leave negative review but when i raise assistance issue with site which is by the books and obviously it will delay refund till issue solved, you suddenly have problems. Ao much hypocrisy from your end. i offered again cuz you are a bully and harasser. You threatened for neagtive feedback for no reason, and to avoid that i offered account. But you are just full of yourself everyone can see how you talked, give my product, now i dont want refund, capatalism, i pay and you have to deliver, all your arragant talks
Now i will wait for the admins to take action, indulging with you is just waste of time as you are just full of yourself
Have done over 200+ middleman orders, never see a buyer like you. my offer or order completion and account delivery is still open or if you wanna waste time here, then let admins decide

I'd also like to request my feedback be changed. You can leave the negative feedback just change it from "Arrogan, Rude, Racist and Harasser" to "Arrogan, Rude and Harasser" If he feels as if I am arrogant, rude, and harrasing, that's his opinion, fair enough. But I am not agreeing with him calling me a racist, I never said and/or did anything that was racist. So, like I said, his feedback is fair if he feels that way, but it's just simply incorrect that I am racist, thanks.
