He is a very versatile character able to fly most subcapital caldari ships. Most of his learning is upgraded so he'll be ready to train what ever else you might need him to train. Also Has Caldari Industrial to rank 5 and is ready to learn freighter. He is perfect for that spare character you need to probe out plexs or enemy fleets and with his Recon skill at V and upgraded probing skillz that should be an easy task. He's also great for a starter character. Comes with reg clone with mostly +4 implants and 2 jumps clones, one of which has +2 implants so you can still train while you fight.
