Buyer dropped false negative feedback accusing middleman Removal request

    @Middleman @Support @Admin

    Recently,
    Buyer @sidlas purchased a slingTv account from my store. I was not not Able to deliver the order due to some low men power. So I informed the buyer that I am cancelling the order. We both cancelled the order.

    Now,
    As well all know that refunding money take some time and sometimes middleman not able to reply because he is busy in making the site more better.

    So, he dropped the feedback with these words -
    "seller cant deliver,but still selling,middleman not responding,escalated to paypal...
    1-60 min delivery taking more then 10 days"

    I don't know how he doesn't know that refunding money take some time.

    I request you to please remove my feedback, because it do affect into my profile as well as middleman's reputation.

    I accept I was not able deliver but I cancelled the order. Sometime it happens... I accept my mistake atleast I didn't changed the wrong status seller confirm delivery or delivered the wrong account credentials. Sir, it's not fair. I am trying my best.

    He will recieve the refund. As we all know.

    does not make any sense... seller reply and he still selling stuff he does not have.how he can say i can get refund if mdm must handle that???

    Sometimes, unfortunate things happen. This kind of problem never happened with my other customers.

    Let me tell you one thing,
    When you placed the order, on that time suddenly I ran into out of stock. So, I took 2 days to get the stock back but I was not able to get hands on the stock.

    The buyer was frustrated because really he waited more than 5 days. I can understand this. So, I decided to cancel the order. Because I didn't wanted to irritate him that's why I cancelled the order. Now,

    As all the PlayerUp member know that cancellation process take some time because middleman verifies the cancellation.

    I can understand your anxiety, when you put your money in something and you haven't go nothing.

    But, sir you need to wait. Your money is in safe hands. I don't own your money.

    Seller get paid when they successfully completes any order. Because the order completion the middleman owns the payment.

    The review is not legit. I request you to remove it.:)

    review not legit??? give me what i bought then. where is it?if you so honest give me what you sold to me,you selling delivery time 1-60 minutes now is 8.19 am central time 12/12/2020,if i going get it in 1-60 minutes,i will remove my feedback,if not you sir you are scammer and lie all the way. clock on.
    p.s you did not cancel order you asked me to cancel,when i refuse and reply to you private message you must cancel if can not deliver,then you canceled sir...

    seller was online when i wrote above post, from 8.19 till 8.44 thats 25 minutes no reply and no delivery!!! no he got offline.

    now is 8.29 so 70 minutes later,feedback is legit you cant deliver.

    Stop accusing me. This effects my profile. I will deliver the account within 20 minutes then you should have to change the order status and will delete the review.
