    Avoid this conman, just reporting to PayPal now to get my money back, have screen shots of entire conversation if any one wants proof, never provided the keys, asked for more money via paypal which I'm also going to report, then refused to refund me, don't really see the point, even if PayPal didn't do it I can do a chargeback in 2 mins, he's obviously quite poor and needs the money, buy elsewhere.
