I am not willing to spend any money , i am not willing to pay . If anyone owns a 30 level account and he dont use it , feel free to pass it to me . I want to have full control of this account ( So will change pass emails etc) . I just want him to be 30 level , and with no ranked games . I dont care about champions owned , i dont even care about runes . Anything is welcomed . Just to be 30 , no ranked games and for you not to use it anymoar . Thanks in advance.
