    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed

    This feedback certainly ignores the fact that all our services come with a WARRANTY. All our Instagram orders are eligible for FREE refill guarantee in case of any drop (as per our Terms of Services) and ALL STREAMING/GAMING accounts come with a 12-month guarantee.

    If any buyer faces any issue with the accounts or our services, we provide immediate replacements for 12 months from the date of purchase for FREE. You can have your account replaced as many times if you face any trouble.


    WE DID NOT FIND ANY RECORD OF SUCH ORDER FROM THIS USER IN OUR DATABASE OR ANY TRANSACTION ON PLAYERUP.
    We also did not find any refund request from this buyer. When he was online and we tried to contact him and asked him about his order number to resolve his issue, HE DID NOT RESPOND even though he was online at the time. We cannot replace an account if the buyer doesn’t raise a replacement request.

    This feedback is invalid as it clearly neglects the fact of ‘12 Months Warranty Privilege’. We also refund all our buyers if they are not satisfied with our services. Warranty and replacement is a part of service and you need to avail it before we can provide.

    You provide refill but if it needs refill everyday, it hurts our business. so it was pretty much useless.

    Regarding our Instagram services, we have a unique server system that sends a stream of followers to your profile. Only the compatible users based on your profile stays, rest of them drops. Facing drop and rise in the followers is a part of the delivery procedure and this also matches with AN ORGANIC GROWTH to a profile which is what every business or user need.

    Once the order is finished, and your profile is only left with COMPATIBLE FOLLOWERS based on your niche, the drops become close to zero. There is a fine line between 'Drops' and 'Unfollowing' (this is mentioned in our TOS which you agree upon while purchasing). Once your profile is delivered with Real followers, it is user's full responsibility to retain those followers by posting quality content. If the user does not engage its own followers, eventually they start unfollowing (this happens with all businesses and real followers).

    Number of followers decreasing more than 10% of your total count per day is called DROP (and we provide FREE refill with a lifetime warranty). Less than 5% of your total count decreasing is not drop but UNFOLLOWING. This is not covered under warranty (as per our TOS). And if any user is unsatisfied, then before the order completion, they can ask to cancel and get a refund as is applicable to their order. WE PROVIDE REFUNDS TO ALL CANCELED ORDERS.

    Coming back to the MAIN POINT of this dispute: your feedback is focused only on 2 claim points-


    Claim-1: Our accounts stopped working after 2 days
    Status: INVALID

    Reason: As we already mentioned, "ALL STREAMING/GAMING accounts come with a 12-month guarantee. If any buyer faces any issue with the accounts or our services, we provide immediate replacements for 12 months from the date of purchase for FREE. You can have your account replaced as many times if you face any trouble. Warranty and replacement is a part of service and you need to avail it before we can provide."​

    Claim-2: We did not provide a refund
    Status: INVALID

    Reason: The Buyer just contacted us via PM and claimed that he purchased through PayPal and we did not refund him. This is not true, he purchased using Credit Card. We sent a refund request to our bank. Sometimes the bank takes too much time or the international wire transfer fails due to some restrictions, in such cases, we offer refund using alternative channels. THE BUYER DID NOT CONTACT US ANY FURTHER TO INFORM US THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. This is the last conversation with the buyer;​

    After Buyer did not contact us any further on the next day informing us he did not receive the bank transfer, his order was closed.
    Do not slander a business's reputation based on false claims. Our services work as advertised, and if they do not, we provide all applicable refunds. SO BOTH OF YOUR POINTS ARE INVALID and so is this feedback.

    As a company, we offer our customers what we advertise. If someone doesn’t like the way their services are being delivered, they can cancel their order and request a refund. As a company, we would never deny anyone of any eligible refund. You were not satisfied with our services, fine, we cannot force you to continue. You asked for your refund and we sent the request to process. And your claim that we did not offer you any refund is totally wrong.


    You need to understand all international transactions takes time. Even if you request a refund on your order from any top e-commerce company, it takes 14-21 BUSINESS days! The time will, of course, depend upon the banks and countries involved.

    We can only send the request to the banks involved in the transaction, if they take a longer time to process, we cannot force them to expedite. THE ONLY THING WE CAN DO AS A RESPONSIBLE SELLER, is to offer you alternative ways to process the refund. AND WE DID!

    We also have hundreds of orders to process every day, we have a ticket system to respond to the requests. If it takes some time to respond to your query, that does not mean your request is being ignored. As a business, you should understand how customer support works. After we sent the refund request to the bank, we asked you to inform us the next day in case it fails to reach your account. We were ready to offer you a PayPal refund. But you never responded back on the next day, or for the entire month. It was clear the order was closed.

    I understand how difficult it is to run business, what I don't understand is how your service is bad and yet your feedback is good. Are you using any hack for that too. I have asked for credentials for all accounts multiple times as they were constantly getting blocked, then you said you will refund, I had to follow up for refund also many times but no refund yet, I waited weeks and now its more than a month, I have run out of patience.

    I don't need your service, I don't need your refund.

    I just want others to know how bad your service is so that they don't have to endure what I did.

    At this point we are really unsure if you understand how any business works. And when you said "if it needs refill everyday, it hurts our business", we think it is not just the refill but you are also hurting your business by your ignorance where you are constantly ignoring facts being told to you and then putting your anger on someone else based on your own 'assumptions'.

    We think a detailed response is too much for you to comprehend, so we will try to make short points so it is easy for you to understand.

    1) About our reputation, almost 90% of our feedbacks are VERIFIED by Middleman. After a trade is successfully completed, and Buyer confirms the purchase, the Middleman verifies it at their own end and then post a verified feedback. So your ignorant claim clearly shows you know nothing about how a website and feedback works.

    2) We have thousands of confirmed, verified and satisfied sales. Running into a salty customer every now and then is a part of any business. But other than those occasional issues, our business do not need a hacking or fake reviews to keep it growing, unlike yours.

    3) YOUR CLAIM ABOUT WAITING FOR MONTHS FOR REFUND IS ALSO WRONG (and you are making your falsified claims and not even listening to the facts being told to you). Here let's get the short recap.

    Your refund request was confirmed on February 17, 2020. We repeat it LAST TIME, an international refund issued by bank takes about 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS to process. Even if we contact the bank to expedite the refund, we will only get a robotic response from them to wait for upto 21 business days before they do anything.

    You contacted us after 18 BUSINESS days and we checked the status for you from our bank, it was still under processing. Since you were a salty customer who couldn't wait for anything, we requested to wait 1 extra day and then SINCERELY offered another alternative.

    And then YOU never responded. So the order was closed. So first of all, YOUR last response came LESS THAN A MONTH later after your refund request. SO YOUR CLAIM OF WAITING FOR MONTHS IS TOTALLY IRRATIONAL, IGNORANT AND WRONG. If you can't even wait 14-21 business days for an international refund, we advise you to refrain from doing any international trade.

    4) About our accounts not working, like we already mentioned, we do our best to provide what we advertise, and if we cannot, like any reputed and responsible business, we are obliged to refund our customers and make sure they do not lose their money. And all those wise and understanding customers, who actually know how a business or international transaction works, cooperate with us and get either their refund, or a satisfying service. Other ignorant customers like you make FALSE AND FAKE remarks and slander someone else's reputation and when they are given an explanation, they totally ignore it. Just like you did, even though we clearly mentioned everything in the first message itself.

    Well the feedback is warranted. If you can resolve the issue with him and he is okay with revoking the feedback, we can proceed but he is challenging it currently.
