    I highly suggesting to do a dispute on paypal.

    Can't Help to recover the account, as we dont hold the information, after we sell them.

    Okay just to clarify here, this seller is manipulating you here. He has scammed you and recalled account on another buyer. He is asking you to dispute because he has been paid.

    We're going to stop supporting Runescape Transactions as we're simply losing money here. Too many scammers and we intend to start cancelling sales on any risk seller moving forward.

    I'm sorry that people like Artiominis actually exists in our world.
    I reported the accounts, hopefully Jagex will help to stop his scamming journey.
