    We have to wait here unfortunately but will actively monitor this until this is resolved. Goal is to get the issue "resolved".

    This transaction happened offsite on a completely different platform. Actually the company you did business with should have helped you, correct and compensated you? In this case, had you gone through us, we would have refunded you. Did they not do this?
