    Just because you use VPN and create multiple accounts to spam more, it does not mean that you will only get another warning and issue is solved. The rule does apply to the user.

    It means you didn't take our previous warning as a lesson and you still intend to spam more. All of your accounts are banned now. You're not welcome here.
