I am looking too acquire 3 level 30 LoL accounts on the NA server with absolutely 0 ranked games (this is the important part) for season 3. I would pref if it was a 50 champ min account but I am willing to negotiate. All payments will be payed in full BEFORE the account is handed over to me. I do not wish for any shady business and I believe that requires a slight leap of faith on my end.
