    I'm not looking to spend a lot on this account. It needs to be NA, have a clean elo for this season, and I want it to have at least 30+ champions unlocked with a few skins. I have plenty of rep on here so I wont be dealing with anyone who doesn't have any. Sorry, luxury of being on these boards for 6 years.
