Resolved Why my account is suspended

    Dear Sir,

    Why my account is suspended ?

    And also today paypal had freezed my paypal account till they confirm my identity

    is paypal account freeze related to dealing with you guys ?

    What does it mean when my account has been banned?
    • Fraudulent
    • Spamming Mass Promoting

    How do I resolve this issue?
    • Wait for a moderator to review your account which can take time, OR
    • Submit a Support Ticket requesting your suspension removed. Provide us your username and the reason why you believe you were suspended.

    Paypal put your transaction on hold , and they freezed my paypal account , but now it's ok my paypal account was restored and please refund all payments , I don't want to deal with you guys. Your paypal account is not safe to deal with

    This is general support, not middleman support. Use your Private Conversation Ticket for these questions.

    I have however spoken to @Middleman about this. The reason for your suspension is due to the following:

    You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorized by
    the PayPal account holder. Here are the details of the transaction we are
    investigating:

    This is triggered on PayPal end. Has nothing to do with us so their is no reason to blame us. We process hundreds of transactions at a time and nobody else is having this problem. Contact @Middleman support to fix this.
