    I am currently buying visa and mastercard prepaid giftcards. Im looking to buy for a little under the value on the card. Im looking for eBay giftcards too.

    Buying up to $600 in prepaid cards so I can buy a pair of shoes.

    TOS:
    - Payment will be done through PayPal Goods and Services unless reputable, then I may use friends and family.
    - I am not going first, I do not care about your rep, as I have enough
