URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH PARTIAL UK REFUND

    Ok so i ordered 3 items
    A hdmi cable
    Another hdmi cable

    And then a small kitchen appliance (£100)
    Delivery came today i went on chat to get a refund i said hdmi cables came but kitchen appliance didnt but they said this (see images)
    I used a real signiture as i wasnt aware a fake was needed
    The store is argos
    Someone please help!!
