I have a human on the Ruairi server which is around 5k total. It's STR and DEX are both 1200+ and it has over 2k AP saved up. Comes with some pretty good items as well, such as r5 demonic control bars that I believe have both Crisis Damage Magnification 17 and Climactic Crash Damage Magnification 18 on them, magnum shot 20 gloves, and plenty more.
