The seller Joeyjin, has received 2 payments of $50 and $55 dollars... I am buying a cig account. It's via PayPal. He kept saying he doesn't have the payment and said he called them... and they told him that my account want verified, when I bought a previous account from someone the same way a couple days before. I called PayPal they said he did receive it and I have all the records showing that I sent it.. PayPal and back records... Joey still has not given the account and is lieing about not receiving the payment, when I have had everyone tell me he has received, I have records to prove it please help.... proof is shown below

You are not blocked I haven't received any account info I have all the proof for the payment and the fact that you have been ignoring my messages and now lieing about it
