    @Nourddinekhiti , i think playerup can't do much in this case. I advise to open a PayPal Dispute.

    @Nourddinekhiti please update this thread if you got any information from PayPal. Try to provide much Evidence as possible in this case to get your Money back.

    I'm sorry you had this negativ experience on playerup. I hope you'll get your money back soon.
