[Help Request] I can't login to my NEW not baned account

    Hy!
    I reinstall the game. But the prev version i turn on the autologin..during my account get ban.. and now i can't login to my new account... start the en masse launcher and this message waiting for me: your acccount get ban and the launcher exits.. this is IP ban or what?? How do I turn off the autologin? ( i can't press anything the message is coming and the laucnher exits ) sorry for bad english..
