    Two buyers bought at the same time frame & I didn't receive any notification, and the "Buy Now" link allows for this. This seems sketchy, so I'd rather not sell through PlayerUp now.

    Nothing sketchy about anything. 2 buyers paid and you cancelled on both instead of following through with the 1st buyer who paid. A negative feedback has been issued to you for failing to deliver. According to 1 of the buyers you already sold the item. Don't list items if you don't intend to sell as you're wasting everyones time.

    If you redeem yourself in the future and have a positive middleman transaction then we can look to wipe that negative feedback from your account.
