With Takumi off the focus banner, each of the SS hero will probably cost $100's+ to pull alone- IF you are lucky (I spent $150+ to pull just takumi while it's still ON BANNER). Getting all 4 SS heroes in the same account will save you a lot of money in the long run.

Story mode is finished but the account has 49 orbs and about 20,000 feathers. The new paralogues are untouched. With the app release bonus extending, you are looking at 100+ orbs in the account to do with however you wish!
