Carrier Investigation - Is Address Burned

    I've refunded about 5 times to this drop. But after this HSN refund, now the carrier is calling me asking to inspect package.

    Can I still use this address or should I let it lay low for a while. Or just not refund when that specific carrier makes the delivery?
