Where you went wrong here is you should have transferred the credits to @Middleman here and then he started a secure transaction for the two of you. Since that wasn't done then it looks as if @Ben1987 attempted to exploit you.

If he isn't going to resolve this then you should report the account getting it banned. We'll give him 48 hours to clear this up and then we'll close his account.
