About Spamming has always been frowned upon by people conversing in forums. And we have been doing this for a while now. Sure the company is more visible now than before, but the question is, is it giving a good impression to our company’s name? The marketing department has now come up with the idea of spamming in a positive approach, where the spammers are there not to flood or spam forums, but to help out gamers in need of assistance. When this achieved, they need not be called spammers anymore but instead forum administrators. Where? MMORPG forums are the best place to reach out to our market. The forum administrators will be looking for gamers in need of help in forum topics, preferably those which has the most views and replies. Approach The Forum Administrators will approach anyone in the forums who needs help. He/She will provide tips, advice, even tricks if necessary to be able to help out gamers in need with the knowledge he/she has and research he/she will conduct. He/She will take criticism like a customer care personnel will. He/She will not be rude in anyway, treat everyone with respect, even if they are verbally attacked for no reason at all. Who Preferably a person very interested in gaming or someone very good in research someone, who can easily understand the gaming world and how it works and someone, who enjoys helping out other people. When It will be hard to look for gamers who would rather post on forums rather than be a powerleveler. But it won’t hurt to look for them. We would like this to be conducted as soon as possible. Reports Report will be carried out the same way. The forum administrator will be provided with a list of forums and post messages. Posted messages will be paste to a word document by way of print screen. And feedbacks to the post as well are to be pasted in a different word document. (Feedbacks will be monitor closely by the forum administrator) since feedbacks are a very important gauge of the activity’s effectiveness. How will spamsite be seen?
