This character is designed specifically for PVP and Incursions. This character running Incursions with a properly fit Nightmare can pull in up to 100mil and hour. He is very efficient in MANY different ships and is a PVP BEAST. All of the skills are sub cap but it would not take long to get this char into a cap ship with killer skills if you would want to scar him with such things. This char has one of the most focused skills I have seen and is equivalent to a much higher skill point char.
