Fixer is in Full alpha's + 300 EOE, 2.5k token board. maxed research and AI 30, all nanos and everything you need to retwink alphas. Also with a Shade which has majority of alpha symbs in, has both bracers which are 100% self and self casts SHD. requires little work to be complete.
