Has 3 pices of Combined Paramedics armor 2 are 250+ and one is for lower level wich i was in the process of twinking on atm. Doctor is in full ofab/penultimate. Has on full ql 75 Implants just needs CDR to finish him up. Has various totw loot and casts best heal without buffs. The Doctor is able to get 2.3k HP and can tank rediculously well in low level raids and pvp.
