[WTB] (NA) LoL Account with All champions & Most skins & runes unlocked - REPPED.

Hello everyone, As the title states, I'm looking to buy a NA LoL account with (Most) of the champions unlocked *I can understand if you don't have the more recent ones* , and a lot of skins & runes. I currently have my own LoL account that I bought about a month ago, but the ranked stats are crappy and there aren't many runes on it.. but I've got most of the champ's and a good amount of skins. * Ideally I'd like the ELO to be below 1500. * Money isn't really an issue, but I probably won't be paying more than $75 (can go higher if the account is right) I'd prefer to deal with a repped member, but if you don't have rep I'll require a phone call.
